The Center for Media and Democracy (CMD) obtained Fair Lines America Foundation ’s 1023 tax-exempt application from the Internal Revenue Service. Fair Lines America Foundation is the sister organization of Fair Lines America, a registered 501(c)4 non-profit that works to prevent independent redistricting commissions from establishing in the states, conducts redistricting trainings, and weighs in on redistricting litigation.
