This letter from the late David Koch to potential Americans for Prosperity (AFP) “donor activists” might be the last publicly available letter from the billionaire co-owner of Koch Industries to donors of the astroturf operation. The letter was first obtained and published by the Center for Media and Democracy, and was referenced in CMD board president Lisa Graves’ testimony in front of the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary Subcommittee on Federal Courts, Oversight, Agency Action and Federal Rights, “What’s Wrong with the Supreme Court: The Big-Money Assault on Our Judiciary” on March 10, 2021.
