The Center for Media and Democracy obtained the agenda for the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC)’s 50th Anniversary Policy Day at the U.S. Capitol held on October 4, 2023. The event was not made public and preceded its 50th Anniversary Gala at the National Portrait Gallery in the evening. The program featured sessions on “How States are Responding to ESG,” and on “How States are Leading on Educational Freedom.”
