The American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) held an “exclusive call” for members on mail-in voting with Honest Elections Project and a “former FEC official” on June 9, 2020. Honest Elections Project is a a dark money voter suppression group formed in February 2020 that is a project of Leonard Leo’s 85 Fund. The invitation was obtained by the Center for Media and Democracy.
