On July 29th, Mike Pence, the Republican VP candidate and Indiana Governor, delivered a keynote lunchtime address to the American Legislative Exchange Council’s (ALEC) annual conclave in Indianapolis, IN. Pence joked that he was “for ALEC before it was cool.”
